Rossblad is two people, and both of them do the work.

Neither of us has ten years of habits in any one industry. That is why we ask the questions your own people stopped asking.

The people

Both of us built our way out of our own manual work before we started doing it for other companies.

Tobias Rossi

Civil engineering, Aalto University

Taught himself 3D and visual effects and spent several years freelancing on it, most of that for clients outside Finland. When rendering turned into the slowest part of his own pipeline, he built a remote rendering tool and took the wait out of it.

Samuel Liljeblad

Mechanical and energy engineering, Aalto University

Ran several online stores through his school years, alongside web and 3D work for clients. Running them end to end meant doing the marketing, the conversion, the fulfilment, and the dozens of small manual tasks in between.

Why this works

We learn an operation faster than we could ever learn an industry.

Neither of us is going to out-experience someone who has run a plant for twenty years. What we are good at is walking into an operation we have never seen, working out how it actually runs rather than how it is supposed to run, and finding where it is losing time and money.

Being new to an industry is why that works. We have no habits in it, no system we are attached to, and nothing to protect.

Tell us what you think is going wrong, and we will tell you whether we can help.

Engagements run in Finnish. Interviews, workshops and the report itself are all in Finnish unless you would rather they were not.
